This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

- Gift vouchers are valid 48 hours after purchase and may be used in the restaurant, private dining room or KOL Mezcaleria.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Gift vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. We regret that it is not possible to extend the gift card beyond the stated 12-month validity period.
- Gift voucher reservations must be booked online in advance, with the gift voucher number quoted in the booking notes. Reservations are not possible via email.
- Purchase of a gift voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation. Reservations are subject to availability.
- Gift voucher reservation cancellations are subject to the same cancellation policy of the restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Any monetary vouchers that have not been used due to the cancellation of a reservation remains valid until used or expired.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
- A discretionary service charge of 14.5% will be applied to your final bill.
- Monetary gift vouchers may be used as full or partial payment of a bill. Items ordered in addition to the voucher value will be payable upon presentation of the bill.
- Gift vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed, or stolen. Change cannot be given. MJMK restaurants are cashless.
- Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where gift vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent, and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
